Why is the knob on the ball head getting stuck and preventing installation?

The LED video light comes with two sizes of ball heads. Choose the one with the shorter knob for installation on the light panel and the one with the longer knob for the phone holder.

Why can’t I find any Power Outlets?

Power Outlets are not included in the packaging. The product is powered by USB-A and can be powered by an adapter with a 5V2A output. Additionally, it can also be powered by a power bank, a computer, or a USB-A port outlet.

What should I do if the power cord gets tangled around the stand when I mount the light panel?

When mounting the light panel, it is recommended that you use the mounting knob on the stand. This way, you can simply turn the knob to complete the installation of the light panel, rather than continuously rotating the panel itself.

How do I install the stand?

Flip the stand’s legs to support the main shaft, and tighten the screws at the bottom of the main shaft to ensure stability. By unscrewing the screws at the bottom, you can remove the main shaft, allowing you to use the stand in its handheld mode.
